Fixed a problem with timelimit and child scripts that become children
of init. This ensures that all processes in the process group are
killed, regardless of whether they have been re-parented.

Add a test mode to enable testing of analyse.pl script. Using the -n
option sends the output to stderr instead of sendmail, and bypasses
the the check to see if the build log makes the status worse. This
allows us to run the script on build logs in place that have already
been processed previously by the script.

I strongly suspect that the linux box shelob is failing the search
tests as it uses one of the less common filesystem types. Add a
'mount' call to the log so we can see what filesystem type it is, so I
can reproduce it here.

the autoconf AC_PROG_CC sets CFLAGS to -g by default if CFLAGS. That
causes us to run out of disk space on some systems (the binaries
consume over 1G for Samba4). Disable -g in generic.fns.
