docs/vfs_ceph: add CTDB_SAMBA_SKIP_SHARE_CHECK=yes caveat

Mostly copied from the vfs_gluster manpage: the CephFS share path is not
locally mounted, which breaks the ctdb_check_directories_probe() check.
