upgradedns: Upgrade DNS provision from BIND9_FLATFILE to AD based DNS

This script can be used to convert provision from BIND9_FLATFILE to
BIND9_DLZ or SAMBA_INTERNAL dns backends. In addition, the script
migrates the DNS data in zone file (if available).
