Pull powerpc fixes from Michael Ellerman:
 "Mostly fairly minor, of note are:

   - Fix percpu allocations to be NUMA aware

   - Limit 4k page size config to 64TB virtual address space

   - Avoid needlessly restoring FP and vector registers
