[MS-WINSRA] — v20091104 was wrong
regarding section "2.2.10.1 Name Record"

If the name buffer is already 4 byte aligned
Windows (at least 2003 SP1 and 2008) add 4 extra
bytes. This can happen when the name has a scope.

Add samba4wins-check-names.pl script

This a very useful monitoring tool to
monitor the state of wins names in a system
with mutiple wins servers, where the local
one has to be samba4wins (or a plain samba4).

The example below will check the name SERVER3#20
on the local wins.ldb on wins server 172.31.1.1.
The wins servers 172.31.2.1, 172.31.3.1 will be
checked too. The addresses from the wins.ldb and
wins server will be compared to the given addresses.
The result will be logged to
/var/log/samba4wins-check/SERVER3.log and
/var/run/samba4wins-check/SERVER3.status will hold
result in machine readable form. This command can
take longer depending on the amount of remote wins server
and addresses.

The second command will read the result from
/var/run/samba4wins-check/SERVER3.status and will
output it as as oneline string. This command
should run really fast as it only reads data
from the local filesystem.

The exit code of both commands is the same.
0 - OK
1 - Warning
2 - Error
3 - Unknown Error

r23993: Attempt to fix bug #4808, reported by mwallnoefer@yahoo.de.  The issue
is that when we all ldb_msg_add_empty(), we might realloc() the
msg->elements array.  We need to ensure the source pointer (when
copying an element from the same msg) is still valid, or the data
copied.

r16774: This patch modifies the tdb API to allow the logging function to be used
as part of ldb.

This allows tdb failures to be passed all the way up to Samba's DEBUG
system, which allowed easier debugging.

Unfortunately I had to extend the tdb API, as the logging function
didn't have a context pointer.

I've worked over the 'debug levels' in TDB.  Most of them were 0,
which didn't seem right, as some were trace-like messages.  We didn't
see any of these previously, except when accessing TDB directly.
