Cleaning out, to build up again later.
Kill all style and js to work on markup first.
Don't need news directory when news comes from
news.samba.org now. Support and vendors will
be database-backed, with static pages pulled
from jump.

Adding a buzz word complaint branch for clean up work.
The site has grown organically since I've been working
on it, and it seems time for some clean up work to tie
all the pieces back together nicely. This will take
me some time, but by the end, I'd like to see:
1) New design
2) Consolidated files (CSS, JS, headers)
3) Better intgration with news.samba.org
4) All old news stuff moved to news.samba.org
I'm laying out the next 3-4 months to work on this,
so don't look for immediate changes.

Clean up news on samba-web, given the move of news
to an actual news.samba.org VirtualHost.
Basically adds index files to point to the real
news.samba.org. Unset svn:ignore on news directories
since I'm adding index files.
Remove unused files.

Clean up the docs page some.
This grew out of Tim's suggestion to reverse order the
books on the docs page, recent first. I trimmed away the out
of print books (still available at books.html) and cleaned
up the page format as well.
