Update the host info files to make them proper html. Moving closer to xhtml...

Added xhtml headers and footer. Still some 'issues', as in, stylesheets aren't
figured out just yet, but getting closer....

Disable the xhtml version on samba.org. We're going to run into caching issues
with two different versions running. (we cache <font color=green>ok</font>/...
in the html 3.2 version, and <span class="status passed">ok</span>/... in the
xhtml version).

Adding in my initial attempt to make the build farm xhtml compliant.
Hopefully this doesn't break the non-xhtml version.
