* Support for building & installing binary tarball

  This drops the requirement for Samba and CTDB RPM packages.
  Preparation of build and cluster nodes is simply done using the
  Samba bootstrap script.   This is tested on CentOS 8.

* Add autocluster-test-ctdb script

  Given a list of git branches, for each branch builds source tarball,
  binary tarball, runs CTDB tests.
