ldb: Release LDB 1.5.1

* New API ldb_dn_add_child_val() avoids passing untrusted input to
  ldb_dn_add_child_fmt() (bug 13466)
* Free memory nearer to the allocation in calls made by ldbsearch
* Do not overwrite ldb_transaction_commit failure error messages
  with a pointless del_transaction()
