Fix segfault caused by calling free() on memory allocated in wbcSidToString()
which was recently converted internally to talloc().

First working prototype of decoupling smbd from winbindd.
All client calls to winbindd now pass through the libwbclient
wrapper functions or have been replaced with the libwbclient
calls themeselves.

Create wrappers of Winbind utility functions used by smbd.

The original implementations from wb_client.c were removed.
Wrapper functions to call into libwbclient are as follows:

Adding initial implementation of the libwbclient DSO.

Fix the popt / bool issues. Some places we used BOOL
where we meant int. Fix this. Thanks to metze for

RIP BOOL. Convert BOOL -> bool. I found a few interesting
bugs in various places whilst doing this (places that assumed
BOOL == int). I also need to fix the Samba4 pidl generation
(next checkin).

r17064: lsa_GetUserName needs to return the name for S-1-5-7 on an anonymous login.

Found that because I want to play around with setsharesecurity, for this I
need the "whoami" call figuring out the SID of the currently connected user.

Not activating this test yet until the build farm has picked up the new samba4
revision.

fix crash bug in pidl generated client code, this
could have happend with [in,out,unique] pointers
when the clients sends a valid pointer, but the server
reponse with a NULL pointer (as samba-3.0.26a do for some calls).

I've tested with midl to see how windows handles this situation
and also the reverse case where the client sends NULL and
the server reposnse with non-NULL.

It appears that midl generated code just ignores this
and only copies the result if both pointers are non-NULL.

Add start of IPv6 implementation. Currently most of this is avoiding
IPv6 in winbindd, but moves most of the socket functions that were
wrongly in lib/util.c into lib/util_sock.c and provides generic
IPv4/6 independent versions of most things. Still lots of work
to do, but now I can see how I'll fix the access check code.
Nasty part that remains is the name resolution code which is
used to returning arrays of in_addr structs.
